Make sure your customers make it through your checkout process feeling confident and know they are making the right choice in purchasing from you.
Here are a few tips to help your customers purchase:
- Shipping Rates
The earlier your customer knows shipping costs, the higher your conversion rate will be.
- Shipping Times
How long will your customers be waiting to receive their order?
- Warranty Period
Is your customer aware of how long the warranty period is for the items in their cart?
- Returns Policy
Is your return policy clear and understood by your customer?
